HMRC along with Mapeley identified a property in their Manchester hub at Albert Bridge House that would be ideal for their newly formed Brexit team. The building is a 6 story rectangular office block joined to the main block by a link corridor at 1st floor level.
The project included strip out of the offices, refurbishment of male and female toilets, creating new tea points on each floor, creating a new server room, data trunking for electrics and data, new LED lighting, upgrade of the heating, ventilation systems and lift and all areas to be painted with new flooring and suspended ceilings throughout.
