This 160 bedroom hotel and restaurant facility was completed by H&J Martin for Premier Inn at Hamlyn House, Archway, London. The 70 week project saw the existing eight storey building completely surrounded by scaffolding and stripped externally before the installation of a new Bespoke Coloured Glass Rainscreen façade system.

Each floor was fitted out for accommodation including new passenger and goods lift facilities.
H&J Martin worked meticulously with the design team surrounding the scaffold and façade designs.
All operations where completed whilst maintaining access to a ground floor Bank and McDonalds fast food outlet.
