Crown Commercial (CCS) RM6232 FM and Workplace Services Framework agreement is a pan government framework which can be used by all public sector bodies to support offices, schools, hospitals, universities, prisons and housing. H&J Martin are currently on the following lots:

- Lot 1a: Total FM with a per annum contract value of up to £1.5m

- Lot 2a: Hard Facilities Management with a per annum contract value of up to £1.5m

- Lot 2b: Hard Facilities Management with a per annum contract value of over £1.5m to £10m
