Lagan Building have successfully completed a refurbishment and conversion contract of an existing first floor building which previously serviced “The Rising Sun” pub into three individual flats plus associated external works and installation of a new staircase within the rear extension constructed by others.
Main works include decorations, floor coverings, installation of kitchens, bathrooms, doors and all mains incoming supply to the flats. The contract also includes 2nd fix electrics, installation of heating systems, data systems, permanent stairs and form enclosure, a bike storage area and a bin store.
Simultaneously taking place on the ground floor as part of the Fit Out works comprise of the Fit out of store area and staff facilities. Also included within the contract is the Installation of new shelving, cabinets and freezers, customer service desk and checkouts to ground floor. Works will also involve the installation of new mechanical and electrical services, shop front, an ATM, goods lift and the installation of new mains electricity supply.
Works also included external signage and repair works to car park.
