H&J Martin secured a place on the Puregym Fit Out Framework in 2022 covering both New Fit Out projects and Refresh Projects through the UK.
Project Details
One such project was the Refurbishment of the Puregym Boucher Road in Belfast. This 8 week programme, which was completed within a live working environment.
Works included Minor strip out of areas. New paint works to soffit. New sprinkler system, new shop front, partitions, refurbishment to changing areas, Back Of House refurbishment, plant installation, mechanical and electrical works, new floor and wall finishes as well as a complete new internal fit out.
Under this Framework Agreement, we have successfully completed New Fit Out Projects in Ballymena, Coleraine, Kirkby and Peterborough with Refurbishment Projects in Bangor, Belfast, Newtownabbey and Londonderry.
