Project Summary
The €1.2 million fit out works comprised of the complete fit out of ground floor shell of the new Aloft Marriott Hotel in Dublin City Centre. Installation of MEP services will include Air Conditioning, MVHR, Extraction, Fire Suppression System, Life Safety Systems, Electrical Services, Specialist Feature Lighting, Gas Detection, IT & Data, Point of Sale systems, AV and entertainment systems.
Project Details
H&J Martin undertook the installation of the Keg Room, Refrigeration, Specialist Acoustic installation of partition walls and ceilings was undertaken as well as the installation of a Stainless-Steel Commercial Kitchen. Specialist Bespoke metalwork shelving and features was incorporated into the overall design. Specialist Joinery works were carried out in the bar area, seating and flooring complemented with high end decoration, signage and graphics to complete the works.
